How to place an order or request?
To place an order and get an accurate quote go to our Order Forms Page and fill the appropriate form.

How long does it take to have my order ready?
We complete orders normally within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. However rush fees are available for faster delivery. These fees can be found when filling out the order form.

Can I provide my own data to create my customized novelties?
Yes, all data is provided by the customer or can also be randomized on request.

What if the exact product I need does not show on the list while filling the order form?
In that case select "other" and upload a sample of it in the order form.

Can I view some samples before placing an order?

Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin transfer payments only. We do not process credit/debit cards neither we accept other payment methods. If you do not have a Bitcoin wallet or don't know how to use one that is nothing to worry as we will give you full step by step instructions on how to buy and use Bitcoin once we receive your order form.

If you have a Bitcoin wallet you can pay us directly after placing an order. If you do not have a Bitcoin wallet yet, then you can create one and top it up with Bitcoins at Localbitcoins.com

Can I have my order delivered faster as a returning customer?
Yes as for returning customers we offer a credit line where customers can make bulk payments in advance for future orders. By creating a credit line with us customers cut clearance waiting times considerably.

In that case please fill out the General Novelties Order Form.

Is my data safe with your services as a customer?
Yes. Our terms and conditions abide under the data protection act and we do delete all data from our databases 72 hours after the order being issued.
